ABOUT ME
Hello, I'm Ken

LIVED MY LIFE IN NORTHAMPTON COUNTY
I was born and raised in the City of Bethlehem. Right here in Northampton County. I love this valley and it's citizens. I have worked my whole life to provide opportunity for young people through the trades and want to be sure all citizens of this County have access to affordable housing and sustainable wages.
MY EXPERIENCE
Upon graduating high school I served my Country as a US Marine. From there I joined the International Union of Painters and Allied Trades. My leadership skills and ability to fight for my fellow workers helped me become their business agent. I was also elected to County Council in 2011 serving until I was appointed as Deputy Director at the Northampton County Correctional Facility in 2019. Upon retirement from the Correctional Facility I have opened a diver training center at the former Dutch Springs Quarry. We now call the facility Lake Hydra and we work with community groups and law enforcement so they have a training facility for water rescue and taining.
CAMPAIGN PLEDGE
NEVER STOP FIGHTING FOR YOU!
As a member of Northampton County Council I will fight to make sure you have a voice and are represented by your County Government. Recently County Council has stopped listening to the people and has cut off debate. As the former president I of County Council I am running to bring back the open dialog that made Northampton County Council the premier deliberative body in the Commonwealth.
I will fight warehouse expansion and preserve open space. We will continue to invest in farmland preservation and insure that environmentally sensitive land does not become lost to the endless thirst of profits from developers. I also will makes sure that wages are attainable that allow a citizen to work and thrive in Northampton County not just get by.
